Srirangam Divyadesam - 'Swayamvyaktha Kshetram', a Self-Manifested temple. Among the Holy Shrines of Lord Maha Vishnu worshipped as 108 Divyadesams, Srirnagam is the first and foremost. Thirupper Nagar Divyadesam -  Koviladi Appamkudathan Temple - One among the Pancha Ranga Kshetrams - The legend - Appaala Ranganathar measured the steps for Srirangam Ranganathar and hence the name Kovil-Adi named for this temple. As far as Sree Vaishnavas are concerned Kovil means only Srirangam. Adi means Steps. Koviladi is also worshipped as Thirupper Nagar, located in the outskirts and about 25 K.M. from Trichy Koviladi is one among the Pancha Ranga Kshetrams. The Other Four temples are Aadhi Rangam - Srirangapatnam, Madhya Rangam - Srirangam Sree Ranganathar Temple, Chathurthara Rangam - Thirukkudanthai Sarangapani Temple and Pancha Rangam - Thiru Indhalur Parimala Rangan

Thiru Anbil Divyadesam Sri Vadhivazhagiya Nambi Temple is located about 22 km from Srirangam. Sthala Puranam - Once there was a discussion between Lord Bramha Devar and Saint Valmiki about the beautifulness of Lord Vishnu in HIS Sayana Posture. This conversation led them to the debate with each other. Lord Vishnu appeared before them and said "In Sayana Posture I am beautiful in Thiru Anbil". Hence Lord Maha Vishnu here in Thiru Anbil is being worshipped as "Vadhivazhagiya Nambi". Thiru Anbil Divyadesam is related to two great creators. The whole world was created by Lord Brahma Devar. Thiru Thanjai Mamanikoil Divyadesam located on the banks of a river Vennaru, about 5 km from Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, which is a group of 3 temples. Sreeman Narayanan is blessing in the three different temples as Sri Neelamaga Perumal, Thiru Manikundra Perumal and Veera Narasimha Perumal. Thirucherai Divyadesam - Saranatha Perumal Temple - One among the Pancha Sara Kshetrams. Saaranathan, Saara Nayagi, Saara Vimanam, Saara Theertham and Saara Kshetram, is located in Kumbakonam. Thirucherai is one of the oldest temples and believed that it was there in existence from Dwabara Yuga, with the Grand Raja Gopruam with 120 feet height. Thirucherai is the Only Divyadesam where Perumal is blessing as Pancha Lakshmi Natahan, with Five Goddesses. Lord Hanuman is blessing the devotees as Vara Prasadhi here. Saara Nachiyar and blessing with Padma Hastham instead of usual Abaya Hastham. Among 108 Divyadesams, Only here in Thirucherai Divyadesam, Rathotsavam is being celebrated on the Makara Pushyam Day.

Thiru Adhanoor Divyadesam is located near Swamilai Swaminadha Swamy Temple- One among the Six Abodes of Lord Murugan in Kumbakonam, which is one of the Sree Vaishnava Guru Parikara Sthalam. Moolavar is Andalakkum Ayyan, Facing East in His Bujanga Sayanam.

He was worshipped here by Sage Brighu, Kamadhenu, Thirumangai Azhwar and Lord Agni. Goddess is Ranganayaki Thayar also worshipped as Kamalasini. Uthsavar as Sree Ranganathar. Temple Rajagopuram is of three tiered structure. It is the One of the Two Divyadesams where Devotees can worship Thirumana Pillars on Either Sides of the Almighty inside the Sanctum.

Thirunaraiyur Divyadesam familiarly worshipped as Kumbakonam Nachiyarkoil is about 10 kms from Kumbakonam and 3 KM from Thiruvinnagar Divyadesam Oppiliappan Temple, on the way from Kumbakonam to Thiruvarur. Another Divyadesam in the same as Nachiyarkoil is Uraiyur Thirukozhi Divyadesam in Trichy. Importance here in Thirunarayur Nambi Temple is Priority and Importance is always given to Thayar, blessing as Nachiyar here. Thiru Nagappattinam Divyadesam Sree Soundararaja Perumal Temple is very distinct and dates back across 4 Yugas. Adhisheshan, the King of Serpants had darshan in Krudha Yuga where as Bhoodevi in Thredhayuga, Markandeya Mahirishi in Dwabara Yuga and Salisugan, one of the Chozha King in Kali Yuga. Thiru Nagai is the One and Only Divyadesam where the Moolavar is blessing in His 3 Blessing Postures, in Sayana Posture as Rangnathan, Sitting Posture as Govindharajan and Standing Posture as Soundararajan. Ashtapuja Narasimhar is blessing Prahalathan in His One Hand and Abaya Hastham in the other. Thirukoodalur Divyadesam familiarly worshipped as Aduthurai Perumal Koil is located around 25 kms from Kumbakonam near Swamimalai, One of the Six Abodes of Lord Murugan. Thirukkoodalur Divyadesam is referred in both Bramanda Puranam and Padma Puranam.

Thirusirupuliyur Divyadesam is one of the oldest Divyadesams dates back even to Garuda Puranam with 2 Praharams and a 75 feet height Raja Gopuram which is also familiarly worshipped as Thirucchirupuliyur, Chalasayanam and Bala Vyagrapuram. As Perumal accorded Adhisheshan a special status by placing him above Garudan, it is believed to be the Adhisheshan here in this temple blesses the devotees to get relieved from Naga and Kala Sarpa Dhosham. Once there was a Sage named Vyagrapadhar underwent a rigorous penance towards Lord Shiva in Chidambaram to attain Moksham. Lord Shiva gave him his prathyaksham and asked him to go to Srirangam and Aranganathar is the one who only can bless him Moksham.

Thalaicchanga Nanmadhiyam Divyadesam - Moolavar is blessing as Sree Naanmadhiya Perumal and thayar is being worshipped as Thalaichanga Nachiyar. Utsava Murthy is blessing as Vyomajoyipiraan and Utsava Thayar is Sengamalavalli Nachiyar. The statue of Sree Andal here in Thalaisanga Nanmathiyam Temple is very mesmerizing eventhough she is small and the Shell in the Lord's hand is believed to be very precious one. Hence the place and the temple is being worshipped as Thalaicchangu. Sangu means Conch. Nanmadhiya Perumal is blessing with His consorts Sreedevi and Bhoodevi with one of His Arms on His Hip. Thiruchitrakoodam Divyadesam - Govindharaja Perumal Temple is located in Chidambaram town itself. It is located in the same premise and just opposite to Chidambaram Natarajar Sannidhi - Sanctum Sanctorum. He is also worshipped as Chithrakoodathullan. Thayar is blessing as Pundareekavalli and Utsavar Thyaar is being worshipped as Parimala Ranganayagi. Perumal here is blessing in Huge Boga Sayana Posture facing East. Temple Vimanam is Saathveega Vimanam. Theertham is Pundareeha Saras. Sreemushnam and Kattumannarkoil are located nearby. Sreemushnam is one of the Purana Sthalangal and Kattumannarkoil is the birth place of Alavandhar and Nadhamunigal ( Who compiled Nalayira Divya Prabandham ).

Thirumanaimada Koil Divyadesam Nandha Vilakku Divyadesam - Nara Narayana Perumal Temple, As Equal to Worship Badri- Thirumangai praising the Perumal as Nandha Vilakku Perumal, means Moolavar of Thirumanimaadakoil stands as a lamp which spreads Gnana, Wisdom to the entire world. Hence Perumal is worshipped as Swayam Prakasha Perumal and Swayam Prakasha Gnanam. Utsavar Nara Narayanan is Blessing with Prayoga Chakra - The Sudharshana Chakra in the form of use. Thirukavalambadi Divyadesam Gopala Krishnan Temple is as equal as Dwaraga, where Moolavar Gopala Krishnan is blessing along with Sathyabama, Rukmini as He blesses in Dwaraka. Utsavar is blessing as Kannan. Temple Theertham is Thadamalai Poigai where as the Vimanam is worshipped as Swayambu Vimanam, Vedhamodha Vimanam. No seperate sannidhi for Thayar

Thiru Parthan Palli Divyadesam - Thamarayal Nayagi Samedha Thamarayal Kelwan - The Only Divyadesam hymned by Poigai Azhwar in addition to Thirumangai Azhwar. ( All other 10 Thirunangur Divyadesams are praised only by Thirumangai Azhwar ). Moolavar is blessing as Thamarayal Kelwan and Thayar is blessing as Thamarayal Nayagi. Moolavar is blessing in a Standing Posture facing West. Temple Vimanam is Narayana Vimanam and theertham is Ganga Theerthami. As River Ganga herself came as a theertham when Arjuna stuck his sword, theertham is being worshipped as Ganga Thertham and Kadga Theertham. Kadaga means Sword. To bear out this incidence devotees can see Perumal is seen with a dagger in His belt.

Thiru Vaikundha Vinnagarm - Worshipping Vaigundhanathan is as equal as Worshipping Thiru Paramapathanathan himself, which is located very near to Thiruvan Purusothaman Divyadesam. To pacify 11 angered Rudhras, Perumal came down here from Paramapadham, hence HE appears as Paramapadhanathan Himself and hence the name. This is the Only Divyadesam where the devotees can worship Paramapadhanathan in this material world as human beings before worshipping Him in the celestial world. Perumal is seen with Seated on Adhiseshan with one leg folded and the other down who has Salagrama Thirumeni. It is believed that King Uparisavas and Uthanga Mahirishi undertook penance and attined Moksham here in this temple

Thiruvellakulam Divyadesam familiarly worshipped as Annakoil, which is the birth place of Kumudhavalli Nachiyar, a consort of Thirumangai Azhwar. This is the one and only Divyadesam where Thirumangai Azhwar praised the Almighty as "Annan Perumal". He had never hymned any other perumals as Annan in his pasurams. Hence the temple is worshipped as Annakoil, Unlike Tirumala Tirupati, Annan Perumal can be worshipped along with Thayar Alarmel Mangai Nachiyar. Temple Theertham is Swedha Pushkarini. Moolavar of Thiruvellakkulam Divyadesam Annan Perumal is worshipped as elder brother of Srinivasa Perumal of Tirumala Tirupati, Hence devotees who can not go to Tirumal Tirupati can come down here and worship Annan Perumal.

Thiruvanpurusothamam Divyadesam - Worshipping Perumal here is as equal as worshipping Him at Sree Ayodhi. Moolavar is blessing in His Standing Posture Facing East with Abayahastham along with Sreedvei and Bhoodevi Thayar. Thayar here is blessing as Purusothamavalli. Vimanam is Sanjeevigraha Vimanam. It is strongly believed that Perumal fulfils the desires of the devotees, who chant "Vishnu Sahasra Namam" for 48 days at a stretch with fasting and completes the ritual with a pooja on the final day.
